시는 오는 1월 26일부터 28일까지 사흘간 한국토지주택공사(LH)의 ‘기존주택 매입임대주택’ 예비입주자를 모집한다고 밝혔다.
매입임대주택은 LH가 도심 내 기존 주택을 매입해 개보수한 뒤, 기초생활수급자 등 주거 취약계층에게 시중 임대료의 30% 수준으로 공급하는 주거 복지 사업이다. 이번 모집 대상은 2~4인 가구가 거주하기 적합한 '2형' 주택으로, 총 200세대의 예비 대상자를 선정해 전용면적 50㎡ 초과~85㎡ 이하의 주택을 공급할 계획이다.
신청 자격은 공고일인 1월 12일 기준 의정부시에 주민등록이 되어 있는 무주택 세대구성원이어야 한다.
