브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 대우건설은 지난 17일 부산 동래구 사직동 일원에 위치한 ‘사직4구역 재개발 정비사업’의 시공사로 선정됐다고 19일 밝혔다.
사직4구역 재개발 정비사업은 지하 4층~지상 39층 11개동, 1730세대의 공동주택과 부대복리시설을 건설하는 프로젝트로, 공사금액은 7923억 원 규모다.
대우건설은 사직4구역에 ‘푸르지오 그라니엘(PRUGIO GRANIEL)’이라는 단지명을 제안했다. 단지명은 사직을 대표할 위대한 주거역작을 의미하는 ‘그랜드(Grand)’와 하늘을 의미하는 프랑스어 ‘시엘(Ciel)’을 조합한 명칭으로, 사직 중심 입지에 최상의 주거 랜드마크를 세우겠다는 대우건설의 의지를 담았다.
단지 특화를 위해 대우건설은 글로벌 설계사 ‘아카디스(ARCADIS)’와 협업했다. 두 곳의 최상층 스카이 커뮤니티와 1900평 상당의 ‘트리플 선큰 파크’를 조성해 대단지 조경 및 휴식 공간을 극대화했다.
또한, 세대당 3.7평의 커뮤니티에는 다목적체육관, 피트니스클럽, GX/필라테스룸, 사우나, 독서실, 시니어클럽 등 입주민을 위한 다양한 커뮤니티 시설도 선보일 계획이다.
대우건설 관계자는 “사직 4구역은 우수한 입지 조건에 대우건설의 시공능력과 설계가 더해져 부산의 새로운 주거 이정표가 될 것”이라며 “조합원들의 신뢰에 보답하기 위해 지역 최고의 명품 단지를 선보이겠다”고 말했다.
