파주시 광탄면은 사회보장급여의 이용·제공 및 수급권자 발굴에 관한 법률 시행 규칙 제7조에 의거해 제6기 지역사회보장협의체 위원을 새롭게 구성하고 지난 15일 행정복지센터 2층 대회의실에서 위촉식을 가졌다.

이날 위촉식에서는 당연직을 포함해 총 19명의 위원이 위촉됐으며 이번에 구성된 위원들은 앞으로 2년간 복지 취약계층 발굴 및 서비스 연계 업무를 수행하게 된다.
특히 3월부터 추진되는 돌봄통합지원사업의 중추적 가교 역할을 맡아 지역사회 복지증진을 위한 다양한 활동을 펼칠 것으로 기대된다.
위촉식에 이어 진행된 2026년 제1차 정기 회의에서는 제6기 협의체를 이끌어갈 위원장으로 공우진 위원장이 선출됐다.
협의체는 지역 주민의 욕구를 반영한 1대1 연계 고 앤 토크스(Go & Talks) 사업, 사랑나눔 가게사업, 어르신 보행기 지원사업, 가스안전 타이머 지원사업 등을 올해 주요 사업으로 확정했다.
공우진 위원장은 지역 주민의 욕구에 맞는 맞춤형 서비스를 제공하기 위해 최선을 다하겠다는 포부를 밝혔다.
이재욱 광탄면장은 민관이 서로 합심해 나눔과 참여로 하나 되는 광탄면을 만들겠다며 지역사회가 함께 소통하고 당면한 문제들을 해결해 나가겠다고 전했다.
