고양특례시 일산동구는 지난 14일부터 16일까지 사흘간 구청장실에서 부서별 업무보고회를 열고 올해 주요 현안과 예산사업 추진 상황을 점검했다.

이번 보고회는 이재복 일산동구청장 주재로 진행됐으며, 구청 각 부서장과 팀장 등 실무 책임자들이 참석했다.
보고회에서는 제1회 추가경정예산 관련 주요 사업과 부서별 현안사항을 공유하고, 고충·애로사항을 논의하는 등 소통 중심의 회의로 진행됐다.
특히 주민 생활과 직결되는 동절기 재난재해 대비 시스템, 산불방지대책본부 가동, 집단급식소 식중독 예방관리, 노숙인 취약지역 순찰 강화, 복지 사각지대 발굴 등 현안 과제에 대한 심층 질의응답과 해결 방안 모색이 이루어졌다.
이재복 구청장은 “이번 업무보고를 통해 현장 중심 행정의 방향을 다시 확인할 수 있었다”며 “주민의 삶을 세밀히 살피고 부서 간 긴밀한 협력을 통해 체감할 수 있는 행정 성과를 만들어 달라”고 당부했다.
