시는 겨울철 난방비와 여름철 전기료 절감에 실질적인 도움을 주는 에너지 효율화 집수리 사업인 ‘햇살하우징’ 대상자를 오는 2월 9일까지 모집한다고 20일 밝혔다.
햇살하우징 사업은 노후 주택의 에너지 손실을 막기 위해 ▲기밀성 창호 및 문 교체 ▲벽체 내단열 보강 ▲노후 보일러 교체 ▲고효율 LED 조명 설치 등을 지원하는 사업이다. 열악한 주거 환경을 쾌적하게 개선함과 동시에 냉·난방비를 획기적으로 줄여 저소득층의 경제적 부담을 완화하는 데 목적이 있다.
지원 대상은 의정부시에 거주하는 기준 중위소득 50% 이하 가구(기초생활수급자, 차상위계층 등)다. 시는 예비 대상자 2가구를 포함해 총 10가구를 선정할 계획이며, 가구당 최대 500만 원 이내의 수선 비용을 지원한다.
다만, 수선유지급여 수급자나 비주택 거주자, 그리고 최근 3년 이내에 햇살하우징이나 장애인 주택개조사업 등 유사한 주거 환경 개선 지원을 받은 가구는 대상에서 제외된다.
