경남도는 이번 세미나에서 인공지능(AI), 우주항공, 방산·원전, 문화콘텐츠를 4대 핵심 성장 동력으로 지목했다. 이는 전통적인 제조업 중심의 산업 구조를 고부가가치 미래 지식산업으로 체질 개선하겠다는 선언이다.
특히 대규모 투자 유치에만 그치지 않고, 이를 뒷받침할 '인재 양성'을 병행해 기업이 오고 싶어 하고 청년들이 머물고 싶어 하는 경제 생태계를 조성하겠다는 구상이다.
경남도는 '경남도민연금'과 '도민안전보험'이라는 구체적인 카드를 꺼내 들었다. 이는 도민의 기본권을 보장함으로써 경제 활동의 안정성을 높이려는 전략적 접근으로 풀이된다.
