【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=충북 진천군은 군민이 체감하는 행정혁신을 실현하고자 2025년 하반기 적극 행정 우수사례 선정을 위한 군민투표를 한다고 21일 밝혔다.
해당 군민투표는 적극 행정에 대한 군민의 관심과 참여를 확대하고, 공무원의 창의적이고 능동적인 행정수행을 장려하기 위해 마련됐다.
군민투표는 우수공무원을 선발하기 위한 2차에 거쳐 진행되는 심사 중 1차 심사의 결과에 반영될 예정이다.
군민투표 결과가 반영된 1차 심사 결과에 따라 인센티브 지급 대상자가 선정되면, 2차 심사인 인사위원회에서 인센티브 지급 대상자의 등급을 결정하게 된다.
우수공무원으로 선발된 공무원에게는 근무성적 평정 가점, 성과상여금 최고등급 등의 인센티브가 부여될 예정이다.
