[브레이크뉴스=황민성 기자] 남해군은 건축을 준비하는 군민의 불편을 줄이고 건축 전과정에 걸친 행정서비스 공백을 최소화하기 위해 ‘세움도우미’1:1 매칭 서비스를 본격운영한다고 21일 밝혔다.
‘세움도우미’는 건축 민원 분야에서 풍부한 경험과 전문성을 갖춘 건축지도원이 건축주와 1:1로 매칭되어 건축 계획 단계부터 시공, 준공 후 유지관리까지 전 과정을 체계적으로 지원하는 서비스다.
주요 지원내용으로는 △건축 허가 접수 전 사전검토 △시공 과정 중 현장지도 등이다.
구체적으로는 △건축계획 단계에서 기본계획의 문제점 교차 검토와 부서 간 협의를 통한 사전 보완 △공사 착수 단계에서는 신축 건물의 기초 공사 현장지도 및 필요 시 수시 점검 △준공 이후에는 사용승인 후 건물 유지관리 안내까지 단계별 맞춤형 컨설팅을 제공한다.
이번 제도 도입으로 건축주는 사업 초기 인허가 과정의 불확실성 해소와 시공 중 반복되는 설계변경 등으로 인한 행정업무 부담을 덜 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

아울러 세움도우미 제도를 비롯한 건축신고 절차, 개발행위 완화 규정, 경관심의 안내 등을 담은 리플릿도 제작해 배부할 계획이다.
남해군 관계자는 “군민 한 분, 한 분이 내 집을 짓는 일이 든든하고 성취감 있는 경험이 될 수 있도록 세움도우미 제도를 운영하게 됐다”며 “건축 민원 서비스 혁신을 통해 군민이 만족하는 행정 실현에 앞장서겠다”고 밝혔다.
