고양특례시 일산서구는 2026년 새해를 맞아 지역 현안에 대한 현장 의견을 청취하고 주민과의 소통을 강화하기 위해 일산서구청장이 1월 16일부터 23일까지 관내 11개 동 행정복지센터를 순차적으로 방문한다고 밝혔다.

이번 방문은 지역별 주요 현안과 주민들의 건의사항을 구청장이 직접 듣고 이를 구정 운영에 적극적으로 반영하기 위해 마련됐다.
간담회는 동 행정복지센터에서 활동 중인 주민자치회장과 통장협의회장 등 주요 직능단체장들과의 티타임 형식으로 진행되어 자유로운 분위기 속에서 의견이 오가고 있다.
방문 기간 동안 일산서구청장은 각 동의 생활 현안과 주민 불편 사항, 지역 발전 방향 등에 대해 주민 대표들과 심도 있는 대화를 나누고 특히 주민 중심의 실질적인 해결 방안을 모색하는 데 중점을 두고 있으며, 구청 자치행정과장과 자치감사팀장 등 관계 부서 공무원들이 동행해 검토 효율성을 높였다.
