[브레이크뉴스=정철규 기자] 진주시는 무주택 다자녀 가정의 주거 안정을 돕기 위해 ‘2026년 다자녀 가정 전세자금 대출이자 지원사업’을 추진한다고 22일 밝혔다.
이번 사업은 금융기관에서 전세자금 대출을 받은 다자녀 가정을 대상으로 대출 잔액의 1.5%를 최대 100만 원까지 지원하는 제도다.
이번 지원 대상은 부모와 자녀 모두 진주시에 거주하며, 두 자녀 이상을 양육하고 막내가 18세 이하인 무주택 가구다.
또 진주시 소재 주택 전세계약을 체결하고 금융기관 대출을 받은 기준중위소득 180% 이하 가구여야 한다.
하지만 생계·의료·주거급여 수급 가구와 공공임대주택 거주 가구, 직계혈족 간 임대차계약 가구는 지원 대상에서 제외된다.
시는 예산 범위 내에서 총 50가구를 선정해 오는 3월 중 전세자금 대출이자 지원금을 지급할 계획이다.
신청 기간은 오는 2월 2일부터 23일까지이며, 경남바로서비스 온라인 접수 또는 주소지 읍면동 행정복지센터 방문 신청이 가능하다.
진주시 관계자는 “다자녀 가정의 주거비 부담 완화에 도움이 되길 바란다”며 “앞으로도 실질적인 주거복지 정책을 확대하겠다”고 말했다.
