충남 금산군이 독거노인 등 취약 계층의 겨울철 안전을 강화하기 위해 3월 15일까지 동절기 보호대책을 집중 추진한다. 급격한 기온 변동과 한파에 취약한 고령 가구의 위험을 최소화하기 위한 선제적 조치다.
