이번 추첨은 관내 주소를 둔 개인납세자로 추첨일 현재 지방세 및 세외수입 체납과 징수유예 사실이 없고, 최근 3년간 지방세를 납부기한 내 전액 납부한 1만8421명을 대상으로 했다.
무작위 전자추첨을 통해 200명을 선정했으며, 당첨자 명단은 음성군청 홈페이지에서 확인할 수 있다.
당첨된 성실납세자 200명에게는 지역경제 활성화를 위해 1인당 5만원 상당의 음성행복페이카드와 감사서한문이 함께 개별적으로 우편 발송될 예정이다.
한편 군은 ‘음성군 성실납세자 지원등에 관한 조례’를 제정, 2007년부터 지방세 성실납세자 경품추첨을 시작해 2025년까지 2881명, 8700만원을 지급했다.
