브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 대우건설 김보현 사장이 지난 22일 성수전략정비구역 제4지구 재개발 사업지를 직접 찾아 입찰을 준비 중인 임직원들을 격려하고, 최고의 사업조건으로 입찰에 임해줄 것을 당부했다.
대우건설은 성수4지구를 단순한 재개발 사업을 넘어 한강과 서울숲, 도심 스카이라인이 어우러지는 미래형 주거 랜드마크로 조성한다는 목표 아래 차별화된 설계와 주거상품 전략을 집중 검토하고 있다.
김보현 사장의 이번 방문은 입찰제안서 제출을 앞두고 대표이사가 직접 현장을 둘러보며, 조합원들에게 최종 제시할 조건을 세심히 챙기겠다는 의지가 담긴 행보다.
김 사장은 “성수4지구는 서울의 미래 주거 지형을 새롭게 정의할 상징적인 사업지”라며 “그동안 대우건설이 축적해온 하이엔드 주거사업 역량과 기술력을 총동원해 조합과 지역사회가 만족할 수 있는 최적의 제안을 준비해 달라. 임직원 한 사람 한 사람의 열정과 전문성이 곧 대우건설의 경쟁력이다”고 강조했다.

한편, 대우건설은 내달 9일 입찰 마감까지 보름 남짓한 기간 동안 조합의 입찰 지침을 바탕으로 한 최적의 설계는 물론, 조합원 분담금 최소화 등 압도적인 금융·사업 조건을 제시하기 위해 전사적 역량을 결집하겠다는 방침이다.
