26일 태백시에 따르면, 시는 축제 기간 방문객들에게 차별화된 즐거움을 선사하기 위해 홍보부스를 운영하며 주말과 주중으로 나뉜 맞춤형 프로그램을 선보인다.
평일인 2월 2일부터 6일까지는 ‘겨울특별시 태백’의 진수를 느낄 수 있는 설경 사진전이 열린다. 이번 사진전은 태백산의 웅장한 설경과 태백만이 가진 독보적인 겨울 자연경관을 담은 작품들로 구성됐다.
축제장을 찾은 방문객들은 눈 조각 전시뿐만 아니라 사진을 통해 태백의 아름다운 겨울 풍경을 한층 깊이 있게 감상할 수 있다.
축제 열기가 최고조에 달하는 주말(1. 31.~2. 1. / 2. 7.~2. 8.)에는 활기 넘치는 참여형 이벤트가 기다린다. 현장에서 태백시 공식 SNS 채널을 구독한 방문객을 대상으로 ‘행운의 룰렛 이벤트’를 진행한다.
