[브레이크뉴스 양주=김완영 기자] 경기도 양주시소재 공립 린파밀리에어린이집(원장 박옥연)은 지난 26일 양주시청에서 (재)양주시희망장학재단(이사장 이진규)에 인재 양성과 교육 발전을 위한 장학기금 175만 원을 기탁했다.
이번 기부식에는 재단 관계자를 비롯해 린파밀리에어린이집 관계자들이 참석해 나눔의 의미를 함께 나눴다.
박옥연 원장은 “아이들과 함께하는 보육 현장에서 시작된 나눔이 지역 사회의 미래를 밝히는 밑거름이 되길 바라는 마음으로 참여하게 됐다”며 “이번 기부가 학생들에게 새로운 도전의 힘이 되고, 꿈을 향해 나아가는 데 도움이 되기를 기대한다”고 말했다.
이진규 이사장은 “린파밀리에어린이집의 따뜻한 참여가 지역 교육 발전에 큰 힘이 되고 있다”며 “소중한 뜻이 담긴 기부금은 학생들의 성장과 잠재력 발굴을 위해 책임감 있게 사용하겠다”고 전했다.
