브레이크뉴스 최애리 기자= 하나금융그룹은 세종특별자치시와 함께 지난 27일 정부세종청사 BRT환승센터에서 ‘신중년 AI 디지털 일자리센터’ 개소식을 개최했다고 28일 밝혔다.
이번 센터는 하나금융의 대표 중장년 재취업 지원 프로그램인 ‘하나 파워 온 세컨드 라이프’ 사업의 일환으로 조성됐으며, 중장년층을 위한 AI·디지털 기반 직무교육과 지역 일자리 창출의 거점 역할을 맡을 예정이다.
센터 내부는 3개의 강의실과 AI·디지털 실습실을 비롯해 커뮤니티 라운지, 상담부스, 휴게공간 등으로 구성돼 교육·실습·상담을 원스톱으로 제공할 수 있도록 했다.
정부세종청사 BRT환승센터에 위치해 대중교통 접근성이 뛰어나 세종시를 포함한 충청권 전역의 중장년층이 편리하게 이용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
하나금융은 센터를 통해 ‘AI 디지털 라벨러’, ‘AI 콘텐츠 마케터’, ‘AI 강사’, ‘AI 이커머스 관리자’ 등 중장년에게 적합한 AI·디지털 직무 교육 과정을 운영하고, 교육 수료 이후에는 지역 내 기업 및 유관기관과 연계한 일자리 매칭을 지원할 계획이다.
개소식에 참석한 이동열 하나은행 충청하나그룹 부행장은 “세종시 신중년 AI 디지털 일자리센터가 지역 중장년층이 AI 기반 일자리에 도전할 수 있는 새로운 기회의 장이 될 것”이라고 말했다.

Hana Financial Group Opens 'Middle-aged AI Digital Job Center' in Sejong City
