브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 현대자동차(제네시스 포함)와 기아가 설 연휴를 맞아 오는 2월 11일부터 13일까지 양사의 전국 서비스 거점에서 설 특별 무상점검을 실시한다.
이번 설 특별 점검은 △기본항목 점검(브레이크 패드·공조장치·타이어·등화장치) △엔진룸 점검(오일류·냉각수·워셔액·배터리) △전기차 특화 점검(냉각수 및 고전압 배터리) 등으로 구성돼 있다. 점검 후 부가 서비스로 워셔액도 무상 지급된다.
무상점검을 받고자 하는 고객은 2월 2일부터 4일까지 △마이현대(myHyundai) △현대인증중고차(HyundaiCertified) △기아 앱(Kia App) △마이제네시스(MYGENESIS) 등 각 브랜드의 고객 서비스 애플리케이션에서 무상점검 쿠폰을 발급받을 수 있다.
현대차/제네시스 고객은 전국 블루핸즈, 기아 고객은 직영 서비스센터 및 오토큐를 방문해 무상점검 쿠폰을 제시하고 점검을 받으면 된다.
현대차·기아 관계자는 “고객의 안전한 귀향길에 도움이 되고자 무상 점검 서비스를 마련했다”며 “앞으로도 고객의 안전을 최우선 가치로 삼아 차량 점검 등 고객 서비스를 더욱 강화할 것이다”고 말했다.

Hyundai Motor Company (including Genesis) and Kia Motors will offer special free Lunar New Year inspections at their nationwide service centers from February 11th to 13th to celebrate the Lunar New Year holiday.
This special Lunar New Year inspection includes: basic inspections (brake pads, air conditioning, tires, and lighting); engine room inspections (oil, coolant, washer fluid, and battery); and electric vehicle-specific inspections (coolant and high-voltage batteries). As an added bonus, free washer fluid will also be provided.
Customers interested in receiving a free inspection can receive a free inspection coupon from February 2nd to 4th through each brand's customer service apps: myHyundai, HyundaiCertified, Kia App, and MYGENESIS.
Hyundai/Genesis customers can visit any Blue Hands nationwide, while Kia customers can visit a directly-operated service center or Auto Q to receive a free inspection coupon.
