<브레이크뉴스 의정부= 이용하 기자> 의정부시가 주거 환경이 열악한 취약계층 아동들에게 쾌적하고 위생적인 보금자리를 선물한다.
의정부시는 복권기금을 활용해 추진하는 ‘2026년 아동가구 클린서비스 지원사업’의 대상자를 오는 3월 13일까지 모집한다고 29일 밝혔다.
이번 사업은 곰팡이나 해충 등 위생 상태가 좋지 않은 집에서 거주하는 아동들의 건강권을 보장하기 위해 마련됐다. 선정된 가구에는 기본적으로 소독·방역 서비스가 필수 지원된다.
여기에 더해 ▲도배·장판 교체 ▲청소 및 수납정리 서비스 중 2가지를 선택해 주거 환경을 개선할 수 있다. 또한 ▲냉난방기 ▲공기청정기 ▲세탁기 ▲건조기 등 고가의 필수 가전제품 중에서도 2가지를 골라 지원받을 수 있는 파격적인 혜택이 주어진다.
지원 대상은 만 18세 미만 아동이 함께 사는 가구 중, 최저 주거기준(4인 가구 기준 43㎡ 미만)에 못 미치거나 반지하·옥탑방에 거주하는 가구, 또는 기초생활수급자 및 차상위계층 등 저소득 가구다. 시는 심사를 거쳐 예비 대상자를 포함해 총 9가구를 선정할 계획이다.
신청을 원하는 가구는 오는 3월 13일까지 거주지 동 주민센터를 방문해 접수하면 된다.
시 관계자는 "이번 사업이 아이들이 깨끗하고 안전한 환경에서 건강하게 성장하는 데 실질적인 도움이 되길 바란다"고 전했다.
