브레이크뉴스 정명훈 기자= 한동훈 전 국민의힘 대표가 당 지도부의 제명 결정에 대해 강하게 반발하며 정치적 복귀 의지를 밝혔다.
한 전 대표는 29일 오후 서울 여의도 국회 소통관에서 기자회견을 열고 “저는 오늘 제명당했다”며 “저를 제명할 수는 있어도 국민을 위한 좋은 정치의 열망을 꺾을 수는 없다”고 말했다. 이어 “저는 반드시 돌아온다”고 강조했다.
그는 당원과 지지층을 향해 “당원동지 여러분, 그리고 국민 여러분, 우리가 이 당과 보수의 주인”이라며 “절대 포기하지 말라”고 호소했다.
이날 한 전 대표는 검은 정장에 어두운 갈색 넥타이를 착용한 채 다소 침통한 표정으로 기자회견에 임했으며, 발언 도중 잠시 침묵하는 모습도 보였다. 회견을 마친 뒤에는 기자들의 질문을 받지 않고 곧바로 자리를 떠났다.
