국가보훈부 경기북부제대군인지원센터가 제대군인의 사회 복귀와 기업의 우수 인재 확보를 위한 협력 네트워크 구축에 나섰다.
센터는 지난 28일 오후 1시 포천비즈니스센터에서 '2026년 포천시 기업체 인사간담회'를 개최하고, 제대군인 채용 지원 프로그램을 소개했다.
이영환 센터장은 이날 간담회에서 참석 기업을 대상으로 센터의 역할과 주요 지원 제도를 상세히 안내했다.

센터는 「제대군인지원에 관한 법률」에 근거해 5년 이상 중·장기 복무 후 전역한 제대군인의 원활한 사회 복귀를 돕고, 이들의 인력 활용을 촉진하는 다양한 프로그램을 운영하고 있다.
특히 센터는 회원 가입 기업과 구인 수요가 있는 기업에 전담 상담사를 배정해 채용공고 게시부터 적합 인재 추천까지 체계적인 맞춤형 채용 지원 서비스를 제공하고 있다.
이날 간담회에서는 최근 제대군인을 채용한 ㈜우정베이크웨어 김석기 사장에게 감사패를 전달하는 시간도 마련됐다.
이 센터장은 제대군인에게 채용 기회를 제공한 김 사장의 노력에 깊은 감사를 표했다.
