서울시와 수도권에 청년층 중심의 고급 아파트가 싼 가격으로 공급됩니다. 그 동안 오르기만 하는 이파트 가격을 보면서 절망하던 무주택 서민들, 청년들에게 가뭄 끝의 단비와도 같은 희소식입니다. 청년들만 말고, 평생 동안 무주택으로 살아온 서민들에게도 많은 주택을 공급해 주시길 바랍니다. 서울 26곳 3만 2천호, 경기 18곳 2만 8천호. 이것은 전국적으로 135만호를 공급하겠다는 계획 중 시작에 불과합니다.
그 동안 돈 놓고 돈 먹자면서 그들만의 투기판을 벌여 놓고 흥청망청하면서 국가경제세 암적인 존재가 되었던 부동산 투기가 이제 잡힐 것으로 확신합니다.
은행 빚이나 비싼 빚 얻어서 투기했던 분들에게는 미안한 말이지만 자업자득이라고 자위하십시오. 애당초 투기로 공돈을 먹으려고 한 것부터 잘못이었습니다. 하여튼 손해를 보신 분들이나, 보실 분들께는 위로의 말씀밖에 드릴 수가 없겠군요.

아무쪼록 이번 발표와 함께 135만호 건설이 예상대로 진행되어 아파트가 풍선이 터지지 않기를 바래 봅니다.
다만, 대선공약을 지키려고 공급을 무리하게 해서, 1억채(?) 빈 아파트를 만들어 놓아 나라를 망하게 하고 있는 중국에서와 같이 빈 아파트들을 만들지 않기를 바라고, 건설사들의 연쇄부도 방지에도 신경써 주시기를 바랍니다.
하여튼 싸고, 질좋은 역세권 아파트를 이재명 정부에서 많이 제공한다하니, 다같이 기뻐할 일입니다. 짝, 짝, 짝!!
