파주시가 2026년을 맞아 복합적인 위기 상황에 처한 사각지대 청소년을 조기 발굴하고 보호하기 위해 ‘청소년 안전망’ 운영을 대폭 강화한다고 밝혔다.
‘청소년 안전망’은 지자체와 지역사회, 청소년 관련 기관이 하나의 촘촘한 그물망이 되어 학업 중단, 가출, 심리적 불안 등을 겪는 위기 청소년에게 상담·보호·치료를 통합 제공하는 사회적 울타리다.
