포천시는 토지정보과 소속 7급 이하 저연차 직원들을 대상으로 직무 역량 강화와 조직 적응을 돕기 위한 정기 교육 프로그램 '지적 쑥쑥 데이(DAY)'를 오는 7월까지 운영한다고 30일 밝혔다.
이번 프로그램은 6급 이상 베테랑 선배 공무원들이 강사로 나서 지적 행정의 역사와 실무 노하우를 생생한 사례 위주로 전수하는 것이 특징이다. 단순한 지식 전달을 넘어 선후배 간 멘토링을 통해 업무 현장에 대한 이해도를 높이고 협업 문화를 조성하는 데 중점을 뒀다.

첫 교육은 지난 29일 시청 소회의실에서 열렸다. 이날 손미숙 지적관리팀장이 강단에 서서 토지 이동 및 지적 확정 측량 검사를 주제로 실무 전반에 대해 강의했다. 팀장급 간부가 직접 현장 경험을 녹여낸 강의를 진행해 직원들의 호응을 얻었다.
교육은 오는 7월까지 매월 1회 정기적으로 진행된다. 시는 지속적인 교류와 멘토링을 통해 신규 직원들이 빠르게 업무에 적응하고 실질적인 행정 역량을 키울 수 있도록 지원할 방침이다.
