【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=충북 증평군이 석면으로부터 주민 건강을 보호하고 쾌적한 주거환경을 조성하기 위해 ‘2026년 슬레이트 처리지원 사업’을 본격 추진한다.
군은 사업비 3억1900만 원을 투입해 슬레이트 철거 57동(주택 44동, 비주택 13동)과 취약계층 대상 지붕개량 15동을 지원할 계획이다.
지원 대상은 슬레이트를 지붕이나 벽체에 사용한 주택 및 비주택 건축물이 해당된다. 비주택은 창고와 축사, 노인·어린이 이용시설 등이 포함된다.
건축물의 노후도와 면적 등을 종합적으로 고려해 취약계층을 우선 선정한다.
지원 규모는 주택은 최대 700만 원(352만 원 내 우선 지원), 비주택은 최대 200㎡이하 전액 지원되며 초과 부분은 자부담해야 한다.
취약계층을 대상으로 한 지붕개량은 최대 1000만 원까지 지원된다.
우선 지원 가구는 면적·노후 정도 등을 토대로 선정하되 기초생활수급자 및 차상위계층 등을 우선 대상자로 선정한다.
신청은 2월 2일부터 27일까지 주소지 읍·면사무소에서 가능하다.
