인천시에 따르면, 식품진흥기금 융자사업은 식품위생법에 따라 적립된 기금을 활용해, 영업소의 시설 개선이나 위생 수준 향상에 필요한 자금을 시중보다 낮은 금리로 지원하는 제도다.
올해 융자 규모는 총 3억 원으로, 인천시 내에서 영업 중인 식품제조·가공업소와 식품접객업소(일반·휴게 음식점 등)를 대상으로 한다.
융자 금리는 연 1%로 낮게 책정됐으며, 육성자금은 최대 2천만 원, 시설개선자금은 최대 2억 원까지 지원된다.
상환 조건은 융자금 2,500만 원 이상인 경우 1년 거치 후 3년간 균등 분할 상환하며, 2,500만 원 미만은 3년간 균등 분할 상환하면 된다.
단, 휴·폐업 중인 업소, 기존 융자금 상환 중인 업소, 행정처분을 받고 일정 기간이 지나지 않은 업소 등은 지원 대상에서 제외된다.
지원 희망자는 신한은행을 방문해 사전 상담을 받은 뒤, 신청서에 대출 가능 확인 날인을 받아 관할 군·구 위생부서에 제출하면 된다.
