【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=충북 진천군농업기술센터는 오는 3월 3일까지 농산물 가공, 창업 분야 전문인력 양성을 위한 ‘2026년 농산물 가공 및 창업교육’을 운영한다고 2일 밝혔다.
본 교육은 지역 농산물을 활용한 가공제품 개발과 농산물 가공장비에 대한 이해를 높이고, 온라인·SNS 마케팅 등 농산물 가공창업에 필요한 기초 역량을 강화하기 위해 마련됐다.
교육은 농산물 가공에 관심 있는 진천군민과 관내 식품 관련 업체 종사자 등 총 20명을 대상으로 진행되며, 매주 화요일 주 1회 4시간씩 총 4회에 걸쳐 대면 이론 교육으로 운영된다.
교육 내용은 농산물 가공장비의 작동 원리와 운영 방법을 비롯해 온라인 입점 마케팅 전략, SNS 마케팅 전략, 유통업체 입점 제안서 작성 등 농산물 가공제품의 사업화를 위한 실무 중심 과정으로 구성됐다.
안현정 군 기술보급과 주무관은 “이번 교육을 통해 농산물 가공과 창업을 준비하는 교육생들이 가공장비와 마케팅에 대한 이해를 높이고, 향후 농산물 가공 분야에서 농외소득 기반을 마련하는 데 도움이 되길 바란다”며 “앞으로도 농업인의 가공 역량 강화를 위한 다양한 교육을 지속적으로 추진해 나가겠다”고 말했다.
