적극행정 우수공무원은 효과성·적극성·중요도·확산 가능성 등을 종합해 적극행정평가단과 직원 참여단의 심사, 인사위원회에서 심의·의결을 거쳐 확정됐다.
홍보실 이동희 주무관은 SaaS 기반 전직원 공용 AI 비서인 ‘상상On’ 플랫폼을 구축, 기존 ChatGPT 팀계정 방식 대비 연 약 5억원의 비용을 절감하고 사용 인원 확대를 통해 AI를 활용한 문서작성·요약·변환 등으로 업무 처리시간을 단축한 데에 높은 평가를 받았다.
축산식품과 손우영 주무관은 개 사육 농장 전·폐업 지원 사업 시행 시 지자체 직접 발주 방식을 대체해 농가 자율 철거 및 폐기물 처리 후 실비 정산 방식을 농림축산식품부에 제안했고, 지침 개선을 통해 18억원의 예산 절감 및 추진 기간 150일 단축으로 전국 지자체의 동 사업 추진 효율화에 기여한 사례로 선정됐다.
