[브레이크뉴스=황민성 기자] 창녕군공무원노동조합은 권위적인 조직문화를 개선하기 위해 ‘간부 모시는 날 없는 깨끗한 창녕군 만들기’운동을 시행했다.

노동조합은 2일 청사 앞에서 ‘간부 모시는 날 없는 깨끗한 창녕군’ 문구가 담긴 플래카드를 들고 캠페인을 진행했다.

이날 성낙인 군수를 비롯한 간부 공무원들이 참여해 ‘간부 모시는 날’ 근절에 동참했다.

이번 운동은 일부 기관에서 관행처럼 이어져 온 이른바 ‘간부 모시는 날’ 문화를 근절하고, 수평적이고 자율적인 공직문화를 조성하기 위해 마련됐다. 

또한 간부와 직원이 서로 존중하는 문화가 자리 잡으면, 행정서비스의 질도 함께 향상될 것으로 기대된다. 

아울러 노동조합은 지회별 간부와 직원이 함께 참여하는 ‘지회 인증샷 릴레이’도 진행할 계획으로, 직원들의 이해와 적극적인 동참을 당부했다.

장정석 위원장은 “이번 운동을 계기로 창녕군과 창녕군공무원노동조합이 함께 깨끗한 공직사회를 만들어 나가겠다”고 말했다.
