[브레이크뉴스=양영석 기자] 김해시는 청년층의 지역 유입과 정착을 돕고, 만남부터 결혼·임신·출산·돌봄·주거까지 이어지는 삶의 과정을 단계별로 지원하는 선순환 인구정책을 본격 추진한다고 3일 밝혔다.
이번 정책은 기존 출생희망 6-패키지(만남-결혼-임신-출산-돌봄-주거) 기반 위에 사업의 연속성과 효과성을 높이기 위해 내실을 강화한 것으로, 청년과 시민이 일상 속에서 자연스럽게 정책을 체감할 수 있도록 했다.
시는 김해에서 만나 결혼하고, 아이를 낳아 키우며 정착하는 선순환 인구정책을 목표로, 연결형 정책을 지속 확대할 방침이다.
청년들의 자연스러운 만남 기회를 제공하기 위해 청년 만남 프로그램 ‘나는 김해솔로 오늘부터, 우리’를 반기별로 운영한다.
김해시에 주소 또는 직장을 둔 미혼남녀를 대상으로 하며, 올해부터는 인구정책종합플랫폼 ‘김해아이가’ 내 전용 창구를 마련해 참가자 모집과 운영을 통합 관리한다.
또 디지털 환경에 익숙한 세대가 대면 소통을 통해 관계를 자연스럽게 이어갈 수 있도록 교육·체험형 프로그램도 새롭게 구성할 계획이다.

시는 고비용 결혼문화로 인한 부담을 줄이고 건전한 결혼문화를 확산하기 위해 ‘가장 우리다운 결혼식’ 지원 사업을 신규 추진한다.
김해시에 주소를 둔 예비(초혼)부부를 대상으로, 공공예식장이나 공공시설, 종교시설 등에서 결혼식을 진행할 경우 스튜디오 촬영, 드레스 대여, 메이크업 비용 일부를 부부당 최대 100만원까지 지원한다.

시는 가족친화 도시문화 확산을 위해 ‘김해 행복배움터 1CM의 행복’ 사업을 운영한다. 지역 청년(대학생)과 초등학생 자녀를 둔 양육가족 대상으로, 대학 내 공간과 전공·동아리 활동을 연계한 가족 체험 프로그램을 제공한다.
시는 이번 정책 추진을 통해 시민 누구나 안심하고 결혼·출산·양육을 선택할 수 있는 여건을 마련하고, 단계별 정책을 더욱 촘촘히 연결해 지속 가능한 인구정책 기반을 강화한다.
