창업 초기 소상공인의 부담 완화를 위해 ‘인천 골목창업 첫걸음 지원사업’과 지역 특색을 반영한 ‘특색간판 지원사업’을 새롭게 도입한다.
이와 함께 점포 환경 및 위생·안전 개선을 지원하는 경영환경개선 사업과 지역방송과 연계한 판로개척 사업 등을 통해 매출 증대와 경쟁력 강화를 도모한다.
또한, 폐업 소상공인을 위한 폐업 및 새출발 지원사업을 확대 추진해 점포 철거와 원상복구 비용을 지원하고, 기술훈련 및 건강검진 바우처를 제공함으로써 새로운 출발을 뒷받침한다.
골목상권 활성화를 위해서는 상권별 특성과 수요를 반영한 맞춤형 상권 브랜딩 지원을 신규로 추진한다.
