【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=충북 진천군은 ‘경관법’에 따라 5년마다 수립하는 경관계획을 군 발전 상황에 맞춰 재정비한다고 4일 밝혔다.
이번 경관계획 재정비는 그동안 변화된 도시, 농촌 경관을 반영하고 군민의 삶의 질 향상을 도모하기 위해 추진된다.
이를 위해 경관구조를 재설정하고 도시 이미지를 개선하는 한편, 도농 복합도시의 특성을 고려한 스카이라인과 통경축 관리방안 등 종합적인 경관 기준을 새롭게 마련할 계획이다.
주요 정비 내용은 △경관계획 기본방향 설정 △경관 기본구상, 기본계획 △경관관리 행정체계와 실천방안 △경관 가이드라인 △색채 분야 경관계획 등으로, 현행 여건과 실효성에 맞도록 전반적인 재정비가 이뤄진다.
