[브레이크뉴스=황민성 기자] 사천시는 사천시 사등동 270번지 일원에 조성된 ‘향촌2 일반산업단지 산업시설용지’에 대해 전자입찰(경쟁입찰) 방식으로 분양을 추진한다고 4일 밝혔다.
향촌2 일반산업단지는 관내 해안변에 산재해 있던 수리조선소를 집적화해 경쟁력을 높이고, 지역경제 활성화와 해양환경 보전을 도모하기 위해 조성된 산업단지다.
총면적 6만8661㎡ 규모로 공영개발 방식으로 추진됐으며, 2019년 9월 착공해 2021년 12월 조성을 완료했다.
이번에 분양하는 산업시설용지는 산업단지 내 도로 면적 4075.3㎡를 산업시설용지로 변경해 총 4만7354.9㎡ 규모로 공급된다.
분양가격은 평당 128만원으로, 총 분양금액은 약 184억 원이다.
입주 가능 업종은 기타 기계 및 장비 제조업(C29), 기타 운송장비 제조업(C31)이며, 공유수면 매립 취지에 따라 조선시설용지로 활용해야 한다.
또한, 준공검사일(2021년 12월 30일)로부터 10년 이내 매립목적 변경이 불가하도록 한 규정은 기존과 동일하게 유지된다.
시는 이번 분양을 통해 경쟁력 있는 기업을 유치해 침체된 동지역의 활력을 회복하고, 경남 서부권의 핵심 산업단지로 자리매김할 수 있을 것으로 기대하고 있다.
