한국다문화협회, 라오스·베트남과 외국인 근로자 송출·한국어 교육 협력 확대

【브레이크뉴스】박영재 기자=사단법인 한국다문화협회(회장, 최원용)는 지난달 29일 라오스 노동부 관계자 및 라오스 근로자 전문 송출업체인 프렌드십 임플로이멘트 서비스 (주)와 함께 계절근로자 파견 및 농업 분야 전문 한국어학당을 개설했다고 밝혔다.

이번 한국어학당 개설은 농장주와 외국인 근로자 간 의사소통 부족으로 발생하는 현장 문제를 최소화하기 위한 것으로, 한국 농업 현장에서 실제로 사용되는 한국어를 중심으로 교육이 진행된다. 특히 한국의 문화와 생활 모습, 근무지 환경 등을 영상 자료와 함께 소개하며 실무 중심의 농업 관련 한국어 교육을 제공할 계획이다.

최원용 회장은 “외국인 계절근로자들이 한국 농촌 환경에 빠르게 적응하고 안정적으로 근무할 수 있도록 돕기 위해 농업 전문 한국어학당을 개설하게 됐다”고 설명했다.

또한 최 회장은 베트남 E-7 전문인력 송출회사인 KAIZEN을 비롯해 DC휴먼, 타잉안 등 송출업체들과 협력해 한국 내 근로자 송출에 적극 나서는 한편, E-7 근로자 대상 전문 한국어학당 개설을 위한 업무협약(MOU)을 체결하고 이를 본격 추진하겠다고 밝혔다.

아울러 최원용 회장과 김정아 총괄본부장은 지난 2월 2일 베트남 북부 뚜옌꽝성과 중부 닥락성을 방문해 한국 계절근로자 제도와 한국어학당 개설, 문화행사 및 교류 확대 방안과 관련해 현지 관계자들과 세미나를 갖고 협력 방안을 논의했다고 전했다.

Specifically, the program will provide practical agricultural Korean language training, featuring video presentations introducing Korean culture, lifestyle, and workplace environments.

Chairman Choi Won-yong explained, "We have opened this agricultural Korean language school to help foreign seasonal workers quickly adapt to the Korean rural environment and achieve stable employment."

Chairman Choi also announced that he would actively collaborate with dispatching companies such as KAIZEN, a Vietnamese E-7 professional worker dispatch company, DC Human, and Thanh An to dispatch workers to Korea. He also announced that he would sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to establish a specialized Korean language school for E-7 workers and begin full-scale implementation.

Furthermore, Chairman Choi Won-yong and General Manager Kim Jeong-ah visited Tuyen Quang Province in northern Vietnam and Dak Lak Province in central Vietnam on February 2nd. They held seminars with local officials to discuss cooperation on the Korean seasonal worker system, the establishment of Korean language schools, and ways to expand cultural events and exchanges.
