【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=음성군은 지난 5일 음성군청 정보화교육장에서 각 부서 세외수입 담당자를 대상으로 업무 역량 강화교육을 실시했다.
이번 교육은 업무 담당자의 직무능력 향상과 전문성을 높이고, 새롭게 개편된 세외수입 프로그램의 활용을 돕기 위해 마련됐다.
군은 한국지역정보개발원의 전문 강사(강민구)를 초빙해 세외수입정보시스템의 부과·징수·체납관리, 과태료 대장관리 등 사용자 중심의 전산 교육을 통해 원활한 업무처리와 실무자의 업무 역량 향상을 위한 내실 있는 교육 일정으로 진행됐다.
특히 체납처분 이전 단계인 독촉장 발송과 송달의 중요성에 대해 강조하고, 체납처분에 따른 프로그램 사용법과 전산 실습 위주의 교육을 진행했다.
안정옥 세정과장은 “세외수입은 음성군 살림을 책임지는 필수 자주재원으로서 관련 법령이 복잡하고 다양해 업무 숙지가 그 무엇보다 중요하다”고 말했다.
이어 “앞으로도 세정 운영에 소홀함이 없도록 지속적인 직무 교육을 통해 세외수입을 보다 체계적으로 관리하고 군 재정에 누수가 발생하지 않도록 최선을 다하겠다”고 전했다.
한편, 세외수입은 200여개의 개별 법령에 근거해 부과하는 자치단체의 자주재원으로, 주요 항목은 주정차 위반 과태료, 자동차 의무보험 미가입 과태료, 각종 사용료와 수수료 등이다.
