【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=충북 증평군은 공직사회의 청렴 실천 의지를 확산하고 행정 신뢰도를 높이기 위해 ‘청렴 명함’을 제작해 배포했다고 6일 밝혔다.
청렴명함 도입은 단순한 정보 전달의 도구를 넘어, 공직자 스스로 청렴 의지를 다지는 동시에 대외적으로 증평군의 확고한 부패 근절 의지를 전달하기 위해 추진되었다.
명함 뒷면에는 ‘나날이 청렴해지는 청렴어람 증평’이라는 슬로건과 함께 △부패 없는 청렴도시 증평! △증평군 공직자는 청탁, 향응, 금품을 받지 않겠습니다 등 공직자 행동 기준을 명확히 한 실천 문구가 담겼다.
특히 명함에 부조리 신고센터로 연결되는 QR코드를 삽입해, 군민이 현장에서 공직자의 부조리나 위법 행위를 인지할 경우 스마트폰을 통해 즉시 신고할 수 있도록 접근성을 높였다.
군은 이를 통해 신고 절차의 문턱을 낮추고, 군민 참여 기반의 투명한 행정 감시 체계를 강화한다는 방침이다.
군은 청렴 명함 이외에도 △부서별 청렴 결의 챌린지 △직원자체감찰 △청렴메시지 발송 △군 홈페이지 및 청사 내 청탁금지 배너 게시 등 다양한 청렴 시책을 병행해 조직 전반에 청렴 문화를 정착시켜 나갈 계획이다.
군 관계자는 “청렴 명함은 공직자가 스스로 청렴 원칙을 되새기고 군민과의 신뢰를 다지는 실천적 장치”라며 “앞으로도 제도와 현장을 연결하는 청렴 정책을 통해 투명하고 공정한 행정을 구현해 나가겠다”고 밝혔다.
