생활폐기물 배출 시간은 수거 전일 일몰 후부터 수거 당일 오전 4시까지로, 주민들은 해당 시간을 준수해 내 집 앞이나 지정된 장소에 배출해야 한다. 단, 별도의 보관 시설이나 용기를 이용하는 공동주택 등은 예외가 적용된다.
또한, 군은 연휴 기간 동안 '청소 대책 상황반(031-580-2538)'을 가동해 쓰레기 관련 민원을 실시간으로 접수·처리하고, 무단 투기 계도 활동을 병행할 방침이다.
