지원 우선순위는 산불 위험도가 높은 산림 인접지(100m 이내)가 1순위이며, 고령층 및 취약계층 농가가 2순위로 배정된다. 신청 농가는 파쇄기 고장을 방지하기 위해 비닐, 노끈, 흙 등 이물질을 미리 제거하고 부산물을 한곳에 모아두어야 한다.
