선정 기준은 상품화 가능성 및 최근 2년간 매출실적, 최근 5년간 인천광역시 공예품대전 참가실적 및 입상경력, 최근 5년간 대한민국 공예품대전 입상경력 등이다.
지원 대상자로 선정되면 평가점수에 따라 1개사(인)당 최대 100만 원까지 차등으로 장려금을 지급한다.
