정책 비전 제안... 오전 10시 춘천교육문화관서
변지량 전 강원도민복지특별자문관이 춘천의 새로운 도약과 장기적 발전을 위한 정책 비전을 제시하는 등 시민들과의 소통의 장 마련과 함께 본격적인 행보에 나선다.
변 전 자문관은 오는 2월 28일(토) 오전 10시, 춘천교육문화관에서 자신의 정책 비전 제안서인 《춘천미래 100년 재설계》 출판기념회를 개최한다고 밝혔다.
춘천의 내일을 위한 ‘100년 청사진’ 제시
이번에 출간되는 저서 《춘천미래 100년 재설계》는 변 전 자문관이 그동안 현장에서 발로 뛰며 고민해 온 춘천의 현안과 미래 성장 동력에 대한 심도 있는 분석을 담고 있다. 특히 단순히 단기적인 성과에 치중하기보다, 향후 100년을 내다보는 지속 가능한 발전 전략과 정책적 대안을 제안하는 데 초점을 맞췄다.
변 전 자문관은 초대의 글을 통해 "춘천의 내일을 고민하는 소중한 자리에 시민 여러분을 모시고자 한다"며 "춘천의 새로운 도약을 위한 청사진을 공유하고 따뜻한 격려와 조언을 나누는 자리가 되길 희망한다"고 전했다.
지역 정가 및 시민사회 관심 집중
이번 행사는 당초 계획된 일정에서 오전 10시로 시간을 변경해 진행된다. 춘천 중앙로 세무서 뒤편에 위치한 춘천교육문화관에서 열리는 만큼, 많은 지역 주민과 지지자들이 참석해 자리를 빛낼 것으로 예상된다.
또한, 이날 오후 2시에는 강원대 백령아트센터에서 ‘김진태 도정보고회’가 예정되어 있어, 28일 하루가 춘천의 미래와 도정 방향을 가늠하는 정책 소통의 날이 될 것으로 보인다.

Byeon Ji-ryang, Former Special Advisor for Gangwon Province Welfare, will begin his official journey by establishing a forum for communication with citizens, presenting a policy vision for Chuncheon's new leap forward and long-term development.
Byeon announced that he will hold a publication ceremony for his policy vision proposal, "Redesigning Chuncheon's Future for 100 Years," at the Chuncheon Education and Culture Center on Saturday, February 28th at 10:00 AM.
Presenting a "100-Year Blueprint" for Chuncheon's Future
The newly published book, "Redesigning Chuncheon's Future for 100 Years," contains an in-depth analysis of Chuncheon's current issues and future growth drivers, based on the on-site considerations of former advisor Byeon. Rather than focusing solely on short-term results, the book focuses on proposing sustainable development strategies and policy alternatives that envision the next 100 years.

Attention from Local Politics and Civil Society
This event will be held at 10:00 AM, as originally scheduled. Held at the Chuncheon Education and Culture Center, located behind the Chuncheon Tax Office on Jungang-ro, the event is expected to attract a large crowd of local residents and supporters.
Additionally, the "Kim Jin-tae Provincial Information Briefing" is scheduled for 2:00 PM at the Baekryeong Art Center at Kangwon National University, making the 28th a day of policy communication to gauge Chuncheon's future and the direction of provincial administration.
Former Advisor Byeon expressed his aspirations, saying, "I will listen to the voices of citizens yearning for change in Chuncheon and dedicate myself to concretizing these voices into policy."
