대전 대덕구가 다문화·여성 창업자의 글로벌 시장 진출을 체계적으로 지원하기 위한 ‘글로벌 QUEENS 양성 프로젝트’를 본격 추진한다.
대덕구는 9일 대덕구청에서 대덕구가족센터, 여성종합지원센터 대전센터와 함께 업무협약을 체결하고, 다문화 여성과 예비 여성 창업자를 중심으로 한 글로벌 이커머스 창업 지원 사업을 추진한다고 밝혔다.
‘글로벌 QUEENS 양성 프로젝트’는 다문화·여성이 가진 언어 능력과 문화 감수성을 강점으로 삼아 해외 소비자 대상 상품 판매, 이른바 ‘역직구’ 시장 진출을 지원하는 프로그램이다.
이번 협약을 통해 세 기관은 창업 준비 단계부터 수출·판로 확보까지 이어지는 원스톱 창업 지원 체계를 구축했다. 특히 민·관이 역할을 분담해 실질적인 성과를 창출하는 협력 모델을 마련했다.
프로젝트는 △이커머스 플랫폼 입점 △실전 수출 △비즈니스 안정화 등 3단계로 추진되며, 단계별로 창업 교육, 실무 멘토링, 네트워크 연계를 통해 참여자의 역량을 강화할 계획이다.
대덕구가족센터는 다문화 여성 참여자 모집과 맞춤형 지원을, 여성종합지원센터 대전센터는 실전 창업 교육과 멘토링을 담당한다. 대덕구는 이 과정에서 행정적·정책적 지원을 총괄하며 창업자들이 지역 내에서 안정적으로 성장할 수 있는 기반을 마련할 방침이다.
대덕구 관계자는 “이번 프로젝트는 다문화·여성의 창업을 통해 지역 경제에 활력을 불어넣는 디딤돌이 될 것”이라며 “포용성과 다양성을 바탕으로 한 지속 가능한 창업 생태계 조성에 최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다.
