한상경 충남교육감 예비후보가 40년 교육 현장 경험을 바탕으로 충남교육 혁신을 다짐하며 출마를 공식 선언했다.
한 예비후보는 9일 충남도청 프레스센터에서 기자회견을 열고 “교육은 교실과 행정, 학교와 지역이 만나는 교차점에서 아이의 성장을 이끌어낸다”며 충남교육의 미래를 책임지겠다는 포부를 밝혔다.
교사·교감·교장으로 현장을 누비고 교육행정 및 청소년 정책까지 경험한 그는 현장성·포용성·전문성이라는 세 가지 원칙을 제시했다.
그는 “교육은 책상 위 행정이 아니라 교실에서 완성된다”며 현장 중심 정책을, “어떤 아이도 포기하지 않는 통합·포용 교육”을, “구호보다 실행으로 결과를 만들겠다”며 실효성 있는 전문성을 각각 강조했다.
특히 한 예비후보는 충남교육 혁신을 위한 7대 실천과제를 구체적으로 발표했다.
수준별 학습·정서 지원으로 학력 격차를 줄이는 ‘학력안전망 구축’, 특수·다문화·위기학생 지원 확대, AI·과학 미래교육 정착, 읍면 작은학교 지역 맞춤 교육과정 개발, 학교 밖 청소년 교육 생태계 강화, 교사 업무 경감 및 수업 집중 환경 조성, 투명한 교육청 운영 등이 포함됐다.
