10일 인크루트에 따르면 2026년 1월 5일부터 27일까지 △대기업 102곳 △중견기업 122곳 △중소기업 649곳 등 873개의 기업을 대상으로 채용 계획을 조사한 결과, 대졸 신입사원 채용 계획을 확정했다는 기업은 73.4%였다. 이는 전년 대비 7.9%P 증가한 수치다.
