<브레이크뉴스 의정부 = 이용하 기자> 의정부시가 결혼과 육아 등으로 경력이 단절된 여성들의 성공적인 사회 복귀를 돕기 위해 팔을 걷어붙였다.
의정부시 일자리종합지원센터는 관내 경력단절 여성을 대상으로 하는 맞춤형 직업교육 ‘간호조무사 재취업 실무과정’ 참여자를 모집한다고 10일 밝혔다.
이번 과정은 간호조무사 자격증은 있지만 오랫동안 현장을 떠나 있었던 여성 15명을 선발해 진행된다. 교육 내용은 ▲주사 ▲도뇨 ▲멸균 ▲위관영양 등 실제 의료 현장에서 가장 필요로 하 는 핵심 간호 실무 위주로 구성돼, 참여자들이 자신감을 갖고 업무에 복귀할 수 있도록 돕는다.
교육 수료자에게는 교육비 전액 환급 혜택뿐만 아니라, 이력서 사진 촬영권과 전문 상담사의 1:1 맞춤형 취업 알선 등 사후 관리까지 원스톱으로 제공된다.
참여를 희망하는 구직자는 오는 25일부터 3월 13일까지 의정부시 일자리종합지원센터(노동복지회관 1층)를 직접 방문해 접수하면 된다.
이부근 의정부시 일자리경제과장은 “이번 교육이 경력단절 여성들에게 재도약의 발판이 되길 바란다”며 “앞으로도 구직자들의 니즈를 반영한 실질적인 직업 훈련 프로그램을 발굴해 지역 일자리 창출에 기여하겠다”고 말했다.
