고양특례시 덕이도서관은 시민들이 시를 통해 자신의 내면을 성찰하고 감성을 키울 수 있도록 돕는 프로그램 시를 처음 만나는 시간을 운영한다고 밝혔다.

이번 프로그램은 윤동주 시인의 작품을 함께 읽고 나누며 시를 보다 친근하게 접할 수 있도록 마련됐으며 시를 처음 읽는 시민들도 부담 없이 참여할 수 있도록 구성된 것이 특징이다.
프로그램은 오는 3월 11일부터 25일까지 매주 수요일 오전 10시에 진행되며 고양시민 15명을 대상으로 운영된다.
강의는 도서출판 훈훈 대표이자 글쓰는 공간 훈훈글방 대표강사로 활동하고 있는 소재웅 작가가 맡아 참가자들과 함께 윤동주 시인의 대표 시집 하늘과 바람과 별과 시를 읽고 이야기를 나누며 시 문학의 의미와 감상을 자연스럽게 확장해 나갈 예정이다.
이번 과정은 우리는 모두 시인으로 태어났습니다, 시는 거울이다, 시는 우리가 살아가는 세상이다라는 주제로 총 3차시에 걸쳐 진행되며 참여자들이 일상 속 경험과 감정을 시의 언어로 돌아보는 시간을 갖도록 돕는 데 중점을 둔다.
덕이도서관 관계자는 시라는 장르를 통해 시민들이 일상을 더욱 풍요롭게 가꿔나갈 수 있기를 기대한다며 윤동주 시인의 작품과 함께 시를 알아가고 싶은 시민들의 많은 관심과 참여를 바란다고 말했다.

Goyang Deok-i Library to Host Poetry Introductory Program with Yun Dong-ju's Poetry
Goyang Special City's Deok-i Library announced the launch of "First Encounter with Poetry," a program designed to help citizens reflect on their inner selves and cultivate their sensibilities through poetry.
This program aims to foster a more accessible and accessible experience for those new to poetry by reading and sharing the works of poet Yun Dong-ju. It is designed to be accessible to even first-time readers.
The program will be held every Wednesday at 10:00 AM from March 11 to 25 and is open to 15 Goyang residents.
The lecture will be led by So Jae-woong, CEO of Hoonhoon Publishing and a leading instructor at the writing space Hoonhoon Writing Room. Participants will read and discuss Yun Dong-ju's representative poetry collections, Sky, Wind, Stars, and Poetry, naturally expanding their understanding of and appreciation for poetry.
This course, held over three sessions, focuses on the themes "We are all born poets," "Poetry is a mirror," and "Poetry is the world we live in." It focuses on helping participants reflect on their everyday experiences and emotions through the language of poetry.
Deok-i Library officials expressed their hope that poetry will enrich citizens' lives and encourage participation from those who wish to learn about poetry through the works of poet Yun Dong-ju.
