고양특례시가 복합적 사회 위기에 대응하고 지속 가능한 미래 자족도시로 도약하기 위한 청사진을 제시했다.
고양특례시는 10일 백석별관 대강당에서 전 직원이 참여하는 '2026년 2월 직원 소통·공감의 날' 행사를 열고, 새로운 미래 전략을 공유하는 시간을 가졌다고 밝혔다.
이번 행사는 저출생·고령화, 기후위기, 인공지능(AI) 기반 노동 구조 변화 등 인류가 직면한 복합 위기를 진단하고, 이를 극복하기 위한 새로운 미래 단위인 '살림셀(Salim Cell)' 개념을 시정에 접목하기 위해 마련됐다.

특강에는 전 한글과컴퓨터 대표이사를 역임한 SDX재단 전하진 이사장이 강사로 나섰다.
