포천시보건소는 오는 14일부터 18일까지 이어지는 설 연휴 동안 응급환자 발생에 대비하고 의료 공백을 최소화하기 위해 ‘설 연휴 응급의료체계 강화 대책’을 추진한다고 밝혔다.

이번 대책은 명절 기간 문을 닫는 병의원이 많아 응급실로 환자가 몰리는 현상을 방지하고, 경증 환자들이 가까운 곳에서 신속하게 진료를 받을 수 있도록 돕기 위해 마련됐다. 보건소는 연휴 기간 문을 여는 당직 의료기관과 휴일 지킴이 약국을 지정·운영하고, 이를 시민들에게 적극적으로 안내할 방침이다.
연휴 기간 중 이용 가능한 병의원과 약국 정보는 포천시보건소 홈페이지와 공식 SNS를 통해 확인할 수 있다. 또한, 스마트폰 애플리케이션 ‘응급의료정보제공(E-Gen)’과 ‘응급똑똑’을 이용하면 사용자 위치를 기반으로 내 주변에서 문을 연 병원과 약국을 실시간으로 조회할 수 있다. 인터넷 사용이 어려운 경우 국번 없이 119(구급상황관리센터)나 129(보건복지콜센터)로 전화하면 친절하게 안내받을 수 있다.
