이번 교육은 제1기 과정으로 지난 3일부터 11일까지 진행됐으며, 임신·출산을 앞둔 임산부들이 출산 과정과 육아에 대한 이해를 높이고, 심리적 안정을 도모할 수 있도록 실습과 체험 중심 프로그램으로 구성됐다.
교육은 전문강사를 초빙해 △신생아 맞이하기 △출산과 모유 수유 △힐링 클래스 △모유비누 만들기 △임신으로 인해 깨져있는 균형잡기 굿볼 메소드 수업 등으로 진행됐다.
또 증평군정신건강복지센터와 연계해 산전·산후 우울증 예방과 관리에 대한 교육도 함께 실시되며, 임산부들의 정서적 건강까지 아우르는 통합적인 출산 지원 프로그램으로 운영됐다.
보건소 관계자는 “이번 교육을 통해 임산부의 심리적 안정과 자신감을 북돋아 건강한 출산을 적극적으로 지원해 나갈 것”이라며 “건강한 가정, 건강한 증평을 이룰 수 있도록 임산부들의 많은 참여를 바란다.”고 당부했다.
