<브레이크 뉴스 원주=이용하 기자> 원주시 샘마루도서관은 서부권 지역 주민들의 디지털 창작 역량을 높이고 새로운 문화 경험을 제공하기 위해 오는 3월부터 ‘상반기 성인 디지털창작소 프로그램’을 운영한다고 밝혔다.
이번 프로그램은 최신 기술인 생성형 인공지능(AI)과 3D 프린팅을 접목한 실습 위주의 과정으로 꾸려졌다. 3월 7일부터 4월 27일까지 진행되는 이번 강좌는 총 두 가지 과정으로 운영된다.
주요 내용은 ▲생성형 AI를 활용해 직접 캐릭터를 구상하고 3D 프린터로 실제 피규어를 제작해 보는 ‘AI로 나만의 캐릭터 피규어 만들기’ ▲3D 모델링의 기초 개념을 익히고 입체물을 직접 출력해 보는 ‘3D 모델링 기초 클래스’ 등이다.
참여 신청은 오는 2월 24일(화) 오전 10시부터 샘마루도서관 누리집(홈페이지)을 통해 선착순으로 접수한다. 디지털 창작에 관심 있는 성인이라면 누구나 신청 가능하며, 자세한 사항은 도서관으로 문의하면 안내받을 수 있다.
