대전시설관리공단(이하 공단)이 오는 14일부터 18일까지 이어지는 설 연휴 동안 시민들의 안전하고 편리한 명절 이용을 위해 ‘시설운영 특별대책’을 추진한다고 밝혔다.
공단은 5일간의 연휴 기간 동안 추모공원, 정수원 등 복지시설을 비롯해 체육관·수영장 같은 체육시설, 지하상가 및 하수처리장 등 총 31개 관리시설을 대상으로 맞춤형 운영계획을 시행한다.
이에 따라 하루 평균 95명, 총 475명의 인력이 배치돼 연휴기간 시설별 상황에 대응할 예정이다.
특히 이용객이 급증하는 추모공원은 운영시간을 연장하고 주차관리요원을 추가 투입하는 한편, 임시 화장실 설치와 경찰 협조체계 구축 등 혼잡 완화와 안전사고 예방을 위한 비상대책을 준비했다.
또한 공단 본부 차원에서는 연휴 동안 신속한 현장 대응을 위해 부서장급 직원을 당직근무에 추가 편성하여 전 시설의 운영 상황을 실시간으로 지원할 방침이다.
