【브레이크뉴스 경주】이성현 기자=경상북도문화관광공사(사장 김남일)는 병오년(丙午年) 설 명절을 맞아 2월 14일부터 18일까지 경주 보문관광단지, 경주엑스포대공원, 안동 유교랜드 일원에서 ‘설맞이 특별 행사’를 개최한다고 밝혔다.

이번 행사는 설 연휴 기간 경북을 찾는 귀성객과 가족 단위 관광객을 대상으로 전통 체험과 공연, 전시를 아우르는 종합 문화 프로그램으로 구성됐다. 지역 대표 관광지의 매력을 알리고, 세대가 함께 즐길 수 있는 명절 분위기를 조성하는 데 초점을 맞췄다.
보문호반광장 일원(2월 15~17일)에서는 제기차기, 투호, 대형 윷놀이 등 민속놀이 체험장이 상시 운영된다. 참여형 보물찾기 프로그램과 통기타 공연도 마련돼 현장 분위기를 한층 북돋울 예정이다. 이와 함께 신년 운수 보기, 새해 소망 캘리그라피, 느린 엽서 쓰기 등 감성 체험 부대행사도 진행된다.
경주엑스포대공원에서는 2월 15일부터 17일까지 ‘해피스마일 이벤트’를 연다. K-민속놀이와 한복 체험을 비롯해 매일 오후 2시 퓨전 국악, 성악, 마술 등 다양한 장르의 버스킹 공연이 펼쳐진다. 솔거미술관의 전각 만들기 체험과 황룡사 9층 목탑 및 신라 금관 모형 만들기 프로그램도 운영돼 교육적 요소와 체험의 재미를 동시에 제공할 계획이다.
또 2월 14일부터 18일까지 3대 가족이 한복을 입고 방문하거나 외국인이 자국 전통의상을 착용해 방문할 경우 무료입장 혜택과 함께 특별 기념품을 증정한다.
안동 유교랜드도 같은 기간 한복 착용 관람객을 대상으로 무료입장 이벤트를 실시한다. 전통놀이 체험과 모바일 스탬프 투어를 완료한 방문객에게는 기념품을 제공한다.

특히 2월 특별 기획전으로 열리는 ‘고지도전’에서는 남북 길이 약 7m에 달하는 초대형 작품 ‘동여도’를 포함해 50여 점의 고지도를 전시한다. 이를 통해 관람객들에게 우리 국토의 아름다움과 역사적 가치를 전달할 예정이다.
김남일 사장은 “설 명절을 맞아 경주와 안동의 주요 관광지에서 시민과 관광객들이 즐거운 추억을 만들 수 있도록 다양한 프로그램을 준비했다”며 “가족과 함께 전통문화를 체험하며 뜻깊은 명절을 보내시길 바란다”고 말했다.

The Bomun Lakeside Plaza (February 15th to 17th) will feature a permanent experience zone for traditional games such as Jegichagi (traditional Korean game), Tuho (game of tug-of-war), and Yutnori (game of large-scale yutnori). An interactive treasure hunt program and acoustic guitar performances will also be held to further enhance the atmosphere. Alongside these events, emotional experiences such as fortune telling, New Year's wish calligraphy, and slow postcard writing will be offered.
Gyeongju Expo Park will host the "Happy Smile Event" from February 15th to 17th. In addition to K-folk games and hanbok experience, busking performances of various genres, including fusion Korean traditional music, vocal music, and magic, will be held every day at 2 p.m. The event will also offer educational and hands-on experiences, including a temple-making experience at Solgeo Art Museum and a model-making program for the nine-story wooden pagoda and Silla gold crown at Hwangnyongsa Temple.
